Jobs with “Growth” in the title have been on the rise for the past 10 years. Why is that? It’s because creating sustainable growth is critical for every organization on the planet. So these titles are an answer to creating sustainable growth but the challenge I have observed working directly with clients is that these roles are just a band aid and not a cure. Every individual and every team - focused on growth. That’s what’s needed.
